    • Coordinated one Speechcraft and one Youth Leadership course within the last 2 years
    • Given 5 additional speeches before a none Toastmasters group
    • Served a full term as a club and district officer
    • Sponsored 5 new members within the previous year
    • Been a sponsor or mentor of a new club within the previous 4 years

Advanced Communication & Leadership Manuals

Fourteen speech manuals outlining five projects each in the following areas.

The Entertaining Speaker

Includes valuable information on how to give an entertaining or dramatic speech, where to find material, how to make an audience laugh, and what to do when you are asked to speak after dinner.

Speaking to Inform

Contains information on the demonstration talk, the fact finding report, the abstract concept, and resources for informing.

Public Relations

Covers building good will through a speech, persuading an audience, speaking to a hostile audience, and speaking to the media.

The Discussion Leader

The Art Of Effective Evaluation

Part one (Mental Flexibility) teaches participants how to adapt their behavior to achieve better results.

Teaches participants how to develop and present training programs.

How To Conduct Productive Meetings

1 hour

A group leader working from a coordinator's guide reviews the techniques and dynamics of small group meetings.

Parliamentary Procedure In Action

5 sessions; 15 minutes each

Designed to provide Toastmasters with the basic skills to effectively lead and participate in parliamentary discussions.

Building Your Leadership Power

3 sessions; 2 ½ hours each

Part one (Characteristics of effective leaders) explores the qualities, values, and styles of effective leaders.

Part two (Developing you leadership skill) helps participants develop important leadership skills.

Part three (Working in the team environment) helps participants learn to use leadership skills as they pertain to leading teams.

Improving Your Management Skills

2 ½ - 3 hours

Gives participants the knowledge and skills they need to be more effective managers.

 

Youth Leadership

An eight session course similar to the Speechcraft Success/Leadership module. It is designed to help people under 18 develop the communication and leadership skills they will need as adults.

High Performance Leadership

This five project program offers instructions and practice in such vital leadership skills and activities as developing a mission and vision, goal-setting and planning, identifying values, and building a team.
